Should you be unable to or not wish to attend PyConZA 2023 for any medical reason, including self-isolating to prevent the spread of any disease, the organizers will do their best to grant you a full refund.

Up to 24 hours before the conference, you may request a refund directly from Quicket.

Later than this you may request a refund by emailing team@za.pycon.org.
