Requesting a free ticket
This year PyConZA does not have a formal financial assistance program for travel and accommodation as we have had in past years.
However, if the cost of a ticket would prevent you attending, you can request a free ticket by writing a brief motivating email to funding@za.pycon.org.
Donating a ticket
If you are feeling generous, you can donate a ticket to be given to someone who requests one.
To sponsor an attendee to the conference, please purchase an individual ticket and log into your Quicket account to transfer it to bursaries@za.pycon.org. We will make these tickets available to attendees applying for sponsorship. You can also transfer a ticket to someone directly. It is possible to transfer any kind of ticket.
